Boyce Thompson Southwest Arboretum Field Trip, April 20-21, 2024

Arrive in camp no later than 2:00 pm on Saturday for afternoon herb walk around the area. TBA~Picket Post camp dispersal area or Oak Flats Campground. We’ll make a potluck collective dinner, bring your own drinking water, pit toilets either on site or close by. Guest speaker survival expert and Herbalist Peter Bigfoot for dinner. Early Sunday morning (7:30 am) drive to Arboretum, be prepared to walk around the gardens meeting desert, Mediterranean, and outback plants from all over the world. We’ll be there until 1:00 or 2:00 pm. Bookstore and potted desert plants for sale on the grounds. 3 hour drive from Sedona, 175 miles.
